Federation Academy - Classroom Space For Rental

The Federation Academy is the Federation of Canadian Artist's classroom space where we host all of our educational services, like critiques, workshops, classes and educational events.

The Classroom is AVAILABLE TO RENT for artists looking for space to host their own workshops, classes, meetings, exhibitions etc. 

Rental is possible seven days a week. The rental includes the use of the kitchen and washroom area. Kitchen equipment including microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker are available for use by the renter. 

Additional equipment like Smart TV, tables, chairs, easels, flip chart easel and projection screen can be used free of charge. 

Classroom information: 

1200 square feet, rent is $300/day (+ 5% GST). 

A non-refundable deposit of $100/day is due upon booking. The payment of the remainder is due 14 days prior to space use. 

Renters may pay for multiple dates all at one, or prior to each use, however, the non-refundable deposit for all rental dates has to be paid upon booking in order to secure the Classroom space. 

Payment is accepted in cash (in person), cheque(s) made out to "The Federation of Canadian Artists" or credit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express only).
