Clothing - For the end of September you can expect cold temperatures of 0 C in the mornings and evenings but day time highs into the 15 C range.  

It may technically be fall in September, but you should definitely pack for winter weather as well. You can expect some brisk mornings and evenings where it's helpful to have a sweater, hoodie, pullover, fleece top or jacket. During your day outside the weather can fluctuate between warm and cold, so bring clothes that can be easily layered. A light rain jacket and rubber boots are also a must-have.
