Itinerary* & Suggested Supply List*

Sunday 19th September - Arrival Day

4 PM - Registration Opens

7 PM - Evening orientation, Meet and Great Social 

Monday 20th September - Day 2

9 AM - 4 PM Painting in small groups with your first Master Instructor 

7 PM - Evening Activity 

Tuesday 21st September - Day 3

9 AM - 4 PM Painting in small groups with a different Master Instructor 

7 PM - Evening Activity 

Wednesday 22nd September - Day 4

9 AM - 4 PM Painting in small groups with a different Master Instructor
7 PM - Evening Activity 

Thursday 23rd September - Day 5

9 AM - 4 PM Painting in small groups with a different Master Instructor
7 PM - Evening Activity 

Friday 24th September - Departure Day

9 AM - Group Photo 

Departure after breakfast

Suggested Supply List*

  • Lightweight easel 
  • Small folding stool 
  • Apron or paint shirt 
  • Sun hat 
  • Drinking water
  • Backpack, box or trolley to carry your supplies
  • Small sketchbook 
  • Pencils, eraser, sharpener 
  • Primed boards or canvases
  • Paints - oils or acrylics 
  • Brushes
  • Rags or paper towels/blue shop towels 
  • Palette (wet for oils, spritzer for acrylics) 
  • Garbage bags
  • Water or solvent container
  • Medium/retarder
  • Sunscreen/bug repellent 
  • Viewfinder
  • Reference photos in case of rain 
  • Camera


Clothing - Weather can be sunny, cold and wet. Rain-wear and gumboots are a must have. Similarly an umbrella for your easel would also be beneficial, but not mandatory.
